    The resort offers spacious and fully equipped apartments, such as the 1-bedroom city view apartment, 1-bedroom sea view apartment, 2-bedroom city view apartment, and 2-bedroom sea view apartment, all equipped with a kitchenette, balcony, and modern décor, ensuring comfort for couples, families, and groups.

  • Is the resort beachfront?

    Yes. The Porto Alto Resort is beachfront, directly in front of Muro Alto beach.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out must be done by 11 AM.

  • Is parking included in the daily rate?

    Yes. The daily rate includes one uncovered parking space. If you need more spaces, you can purchase them directly at check-in, subject to availability, at a cost of R$ 25 + 5% ISS per day, per vehicle.

  • Does the resort have accessibility for people with reduced mobility?

  • Is the resort pet-friendly?

    We accept small breed puppies (up to 10 kg), with up to 2 pets per apartment. A cleaning fee of R$ 250 is charged, which includes a quick bath. Animals are only allowed in social areas if they are being held, and they cannot enter the restaurant.

  • Is breakfast included? And parking?

    Reservations are guaranteed without payment until 10 PM on the day of the reservation (if paid, until 10 AM the following day). After that, the reservation will be canceled without refund in cases of "no-show". Cancellations are only accepted by email, up to 10 days in advance. Cancellation after arrival or early departure will result in a charge for the total stay.

Conditions may vary for specific promotions, so it's important to check at the time of purchase.

  • If I need to change apartments during my stay, how does it work?

    The resort operates as a timeshare, so if necessary, you can change rooms during your stay. The staff will inform you at check-in and provide guidance at that time.

  • How do early check-in and late check-out work?

    Early check-in costs half the daily rate, subject to availability. Late check-out also costs half the daily rate until 4 PM; after that time, a full daily rate will be charged, if the room is available.

  • Are there meal options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?

    Yes. The resort restaurant offers options adapted for vegetarians, vegans, and people with dietary restrictions such as gluten or lactose intolerance. It is recommended that you inform the restaurant staff or reception about your dietary restrictions at the time of booking or check-in so that we can best accommodate you.

  • What are the policies regarding the accommodation of minors?

    Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or guardians, or present written authorization with a notarized signature, in addition to photo identification.
